The Company is seeking a Cybersecurity Regulatory Engagement Senior Manager to join their team. This individual will be a key player in managing and executing cybersecurity regulatory engagements across the U.S. business, including examinations, inquiries, and the implementation of new or evolving regulatory requirements. The role requires a professional with a strong background in cybersecurity and regulatory judgment, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work independently in a highly regulated financial services environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating internal audit engagements, leading cybersecurity control assessments, and maintaining oversight of cybersecurity compliance and control maturity. Applicants for the Cybersecurity Regulatory Engagement Senior Manager position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, or related disciplines, preferably within the banking or financial services sector. The role demands a deep understanding of U.S. financial services regulatory environment and experience with a range of cybersecurity and regulatory frameworks. Strong communication skills, the ability to influence across various functions, and the capacity to manage multiple engagements are essential.
