Overview
Physical Therapist – Outpatient, travel assignment in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Start date 09/15/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,264 to $2,449 per week. Guaranteed hours: 38 per week. Shift: 4x10-hour rotating days. Setting: hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients in an outpatient setting and develop/implement an appropriate treatment plan for a variety of diagnoses
- Improve patients’ strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and functional mobility
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety strategies
- Document assessments, progress, and plans of care; communicate with the supervising clinician and rehabilitation team
- Promote patient safety, participate in discharge planning, and support multidisciplinary collaboration

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact for Colorado
- BLS through the American Heart Association
- Minimum two years of PT experience; 3–5 years preferred
- Ability to work in an outpatient/hospital -based setting
