Salary min 55000 Salary max 75000 Role Overview We are seeking a motivated early-career talent to join our Talent Acquisition team as an Entry-Level Recruiter. In this role, you will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, pipeline development, interview coordination, stakeholder management and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience while partnering closely with hiring managers and internal teams to meet talent acquisition goals. Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-up Source candidates through platforms such as job portals, LinkedIn, and campus channels Conduct initial screening conversations to assess basic skills, interest, and role alignment Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and panelists; ensure timely scheduling and smooth candidate experience Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System Support hiring initiatives including career events, group discussions, and engagement activities Partner with senior recruiters to understand role requirements and talent needs Ensure adherence to hiring processes, SLAs, and compliance requirements Role Overview We are seeking a motivated early-career talent to join our Talent Acquisition team as an Entry-Level Recruiter.
