Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient assessments to evaluate physical conditions, functional abilities, and limitations. This includes evaluating range of motion, strength, and coordination through hands-on techniques.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each patient's specific goals and needs, integrating evidence-based practices to optimize recovery.
• Administer a variety of therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation, tailored to individual patient requirements.
• Educate patients and their families about home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and necessary lifestyle modifications to aid in the recovery process.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress in our electronic health record (EHR) system, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed based on results and patient feedback.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure a coordinated approach to care, participating in case discussions and contributing to comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records and documentation, adhering to all regulatory standards and best practices.
• Stay informed about advancements in physical therapy practices and incorporate innovative techniques to enhance the quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
