Responsibilities Greet guests and students in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming calls and inquiries, providing detailed information about programs and services. Schedule and coordinate appointments for beauty services and other university offerings. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and communications. Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests. Excellent organizational abilities with a knack for multitasking. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is advantageous. A friendly demeanor and positive attitude focused on guest satisfaction. Flexible availability to cover various shifts as needed, including weekdays and weekends.
