Bring your passion for cooking to a place where every meal matters. We’re looking for a caring, dependable Cook to join our nursing home team and prepare delicious, nutritious meals that help make our residents feel at home.

Job Duties:

• Open or close the kitchen and operate equipment safely

• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary guidelines

• Monitor and record food temperatures to ensure safety

• Supervise dietary aides and maintain food quality standards

• Set up hydration and hospitality carts

• Clean steam tables, prep areas, and kitchen equipment

• Wash pots and pans, sweep, and follow daily cleaning schedules

• Complete pre-prep tasks for upcoming meals

Qualifications:

• Must be able to read and write in English

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and detail

• Team-oriented with good communication skills
