Epic Beacon Application Analyst III/IV Join a large healthcare system seeking an Epic Beacon Application Analyst to support build, optimization, and ongoing support of Epic Beacon. This role will partner with operational and clinical teams to design solutions, improve workflows, and support large-scale integration initiatives. Requirements Epic Beacon Certification (required) 3+ years as an Epic Certified Analyst and 5+ years of application/IS experience, or 7+ years of healthcare, clinical, business, or IT experience Strong troubleshooting, workflow analysis, and problem‑solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment Preferred Experience Epic Beacon build and optimization Community Connect support Healthcare system integrations Ideal Candidate Self‑motivated and autonomous Strong critical thinker Adaptable and highly organized Thrives in fast‑paced healthcare environments Compensation Analyst III: $77,000 – $110,000 Analyst IV: $94,000 – $125,000 Job Type & Location Permanent position based in Baton Rouge, LA.
