Job Summary Grand Canyon Education (GCE) is seeking a Student Services Counselor to support Grand Canyon University campus students in academic and financial counseling. This campus‑based role focuses on building relationships, monitoring student progress, and ensuring students meet academic and financial requirements. Responsibilities Provide academic and financial counseling to students via phone, email, text, Zoom, or in‑person. Build relationships with students, faculty, and admissions staff. Monitor assigned students’ progress, strategize ways to help them meet academic progression and financial obligations. Manage multiple priorities and work toward ambitious service targets. Act as the champion for assigned students throughout their educational journey. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. No delinquent or default federal student loan records. Outstanding customer service, organizational, and time‑management skills. Excellent communication and listening skills. Self‑motivation, drive, and high emotional intelligence. Computer literacy; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Relevant industry or professional experience. Experience working with CRM tools.
