Human Resources Generalist This full‑time, permanent, exempt position reports to the Human Resources Business Partner and will support day‑to‑day HR functions including recruitment, payroll, compensation, benefits, compliance, and policy enforcement. Schedule Monday‑Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM; weekend events may be requested for special events. Essential Responsibilities & Duties Payroll processing Policy enforcement and compliance Recruitment functions Reporting and compliance Employee Shared Responsibility (ESR) OSHA reporting General HR duties Additional duties as assigned Benefits Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Life insurance Health, dental, vision, and life coverage Front‑loaded PTO and Safe & Sick Time Discount tickets to Chanhassen Dinner Theatres show Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or related field Minimum 1 year of Human Resources experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient with MS Office tools Experience with HRIS systems Ability to drive change and be process‑driven Proven track record of building strong professional relationships Highly motivated self‑starter and strategic thinker Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast‑paced, team environment Salary range: $50,000 – $60,000.
