Division President: Affordable Housing Growth & Acquisitions
The Paulsen Group
The Paulsen Group is seeking a Division President to scale operations and lead acquisition efforts for affordable housing and market rate properties. The successful candidate will leverage extensive experience in real estate acquisitions and understanding of regulatory agreements to drive growth. Responsibilities include overseeing the acquisition process, developing key relationships, and preparing market analyses. A college degree in a relevant field is required, with an advanced degree as a plus.
