About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Real Estate Management Officer (CREO) to take on a pivotal enterprise leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full performance of a substantial real estate portfolio, ensuring it aligns with business plans and return targets. This includes driving net operating income (NOI) growth, executing turnaround strategies for underperforming assets, and maintaining best-in-class reporting. The CREO will also lead a large team, fostering a high-performance culture, and will be deeply involved in the integration of the platform across investments, development, construction, and operations. Applicants for the CREO position at the company should have a minimum of 15-25 years' of institutional multifamily experience, with a proven track record of direct accountability for a significant residential portfolio. The role requires a leader with deep expertise in asset and portfolio management, property management, operations, acquisitions, underwriting, and development. Strong capital markets and financing experience is preferred, and a background in manufactured housing or RV platforms is a plus. The ideal candidate will have an ownership mindset, be execution-focused, and demonstrate a servant leadership approach. They should be motivated by impact, with a strong emphasis on delivering results for residents, investors, and communities.
