Newport News, VA (On-site) | Full-Time, W2 with Rockwoods About the Role Rockwoods is hiring a Branch Operations Director to lead a high-visibility transformation initiative for a growing financial services client. You'll own branch operations performance end-to-end — driving process improvement, change adoption, and measurable business outcomes while acting as executive sponsor and the primary voice into senior leadership on program status and results. This is a chance to shape how an entire branch network operates: new workflows, new tools, new standards — with your fingerprints on all of it. What You'll Own Full accountability for branch operations performance, aligned to strategic goals and member experience standards Executive sponsorship of the transformation initiative — regular reporting to senior leadership (SVP, Sales & Service) on status, risk, and ROI Direction of the Process Improvement Manager and Specialist team across coordinated workstreams Governance, timelines, and success metrics for the initiative Change management — driving branch staff adoption of new workflows and tools Cross-functional partnership with IT, Marketing, and HR to remove execution barriers Budget, staffing, and resource decisions for the team What You Bring Bachelor's in Business, Finance, or related field (Master's a plus) 10+ years progressive leadership in branch operations, retail banking, or credit union management A track record leading large-scale operational or process improvement initiatives at a financial institution Executive presence; comfortable presenting to senior leadership and driving alignment across departments #J-18808-Ljbffr
