Our Mission: Enable everyone to affordably make their house a home. Job Summary The Team Member (TM) supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes. They help maintain an active selling culture by ensuring all processes adhere to documented company standards designed to drive sales. Key Roles & Responsibilities Maintain a positive attitude, work with urgency, and execute all directives, policies, and procedures accurately and timely. Contribute to a customer-focused environment by providing excellent service. Perform cashier and front-end duties, ensuring transactions are accurate and efficient, and provide a positive shopping experience. Unload, process, and stock freight according to store merchandising guidelines. Perform store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks inside and outside the building. Complete daily/weekly tasks efficiently and on time. Participate in customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, and loss prevention efforts. Perform other duties as needed based on business requirements. Qualifications & Competencies At least 18 years old. High School Diploma or equivalent. Clear and concise communication skills. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work independently and in a team. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs or team lift 100 lbs. Reliable, trustworthy, and ethical behavior. Flexible and creative with multitasking abilities.
