Fitness Sales Team Member
As a Fitness Sales Team Member at FITWORKS, you are a valued and integral component to the overall success of the business. At FITWORKS, we aim to provide an environment encouraging all members to strive to meet their highest fitness potential. We offer a vast array of services to meet the needs of most everyone with a fitness goal. The Fitness Sales Team Member is a critical part to each member obtaining success.
Promote a high energy, fast paced, welcoming atmosphere for all FITWORKS members.
Meet and exceed all key performance sales indicators, including membership sales, membership retention, personal training and rehab and recovery wellness solutions.
Front of Club Management including:
- Member services requests.
- Outbound sales calls with prospects originated by lead generation software.
- Direct incoming inquires via phone, e-mail and text.
- Maintain a clean working environment, including assisting in sanitation efforts as needed.
- Monitor inventory needs throughout the Club.
Full or Part Time Available
Days, Nights and Weekends Available
Benefits available for Full Time team members
Commissions are a key component to compensation package.
