Customer Service Representative - Fontana
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to work with Geodis Logistics LLC in Fontana. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience and computer proficiency who is ready to support logistics operations.
Shift Patterns
- Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Rates
- 21.00 USD hourly
Must-have requirements for Customer Service Representative
- Previous customer service experience
- PC literacy with proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and carrier websites
- Ability to monitor daily customer emails and respond in a timely manner
- Experience working closely with operations teams to schedule inbound deliveries and outbound LTL and TL pickups
- Ability to prepare daily LTL packets, including packing lists and bills of lading
Role for Customer Service Representative
- Monitor daily customer emails and respond in a timely manner

- Update the daily digital and physical workflow board
- Prepare daily LTL packets including packing lists and bills of lading
- Manage driver check-in and check-out procedures
