RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred.

REQUIREMENTS

Bilingual - Spanish required Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) Life and Health license (must be able to obtain) Compensation $41,600.00 - $45,760.00 per year State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
