Seeking a Customer Retention Specialist (Customer Service Team Lead) to support ongoing customer relationships and contribute to office growth. This position focuses on service, team support, customer retention, and deliverable results.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with existing customers regarding renewals and coverage options.
• Review accounts and assist with updates or changes as needed.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet retention and office growth objectives.
• Upselling products and coverages that better protect our community

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience recommended
• Leadership or management experience preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is required
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and listening skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on customer experience.
• Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.
