Dual Hotel Maintenance Engineer

This role will maintain two hotel properties, ensuring excellent physical condition. responsibilities include carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical/mechanical repairs, and pool/spa maintenance, all while adhering to safety protocols. Key responsibilities: * Perform general repairs (plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, HVAC). * Conduct routine pool/spa maintenance and assist with preventive maintenance. * Utilize quore software for logging repairs and communication. * Adhere to all safety and compliance standards (lock out/tag out, pci, fire, osha). * Maintain grounds and assist with seasonal tasks. * Provide excellent guest service and contribute to a positive team environment. Qualifications: * 2+ years in maintenance (hospitality experience preferred). * Proficiency in basic repairs; familiarity with maintenance software. * Ability to lift 75+ lbs, stand/walk entire shift, and perform strenuous tasks. * Flexibility in scheduling (24/7 operation).
