Facilities Maintenance Manager: Safe, Functional Buildings

Hilltop of Greenville Memory Care

Hilltop of Greenville Memory Care is seeking a Maintenance Manager to ensure the safety, functionality, and appearance of the community's buildings and grounds. You will perform repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and safety systems, oversee maintenance staff, manage preventative maintenance schedules, and coordinate with vendors while maintaining compliance with safety regulations. A high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of maintenance experience in a similar setting, knowledge of #J-18808-Ljbffr Hilltop of Greenville Memory Care
