Senior Director, Revenue Analytics

Job Responsibilities Lead the centralized analytics and data governance function within Revenue Operations Own the analytics foundation that enables consistent performance visibility and stronger forecast accuracy Set analytics strategy, data governance standards, and team operating rhythms Build a high‑performing organization across data engineering, analytics, and business intelligence Partner with Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Revenue Systems, Finance, Strategy, and Enterprise Technology Lead the Revenue Analytics function as the source of truth for revenue and customer performance data Set the strategy for building a unified, governed analytics layer Lead the data engineering function responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines Own the data governance framework for commercial analytics Lead the development of dashboards, performance analytics, and standardized reporting Build and develop a strong analytics organization, creating clear standards and growth opportunities Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred 12+ years of progressive experience in analytics, revenue operations, business intelligence, or data strategy leadership within a commercial environment 7+ years leading analytics or data teams Deep experience with BI and analytics platforms (Tableau, Salesforce, Power BI) Familiarity with CRM data structures (Salesforce, Gainsight) Familiarity with AI and automation tools Strong understanding of data engineering concepts Experience designing and implementing data governance frameworks Demonstrated ability to operate in a matrixed environment Experience in B2B SaaS, insurance technology, or multi‑market commercial organizations strongly preferred Strong executive communication skills Track record of building high‑performing teams Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in leading analytics and data governance functions, with a strong focus on building high‑performing teams and implementing data governance frameworks.
