Bridgeline Solutions is recruiting a Conflicts Specialist for the New York office of a global Am Law firm. This conflicts of interest role supports conflict checks, new business intake, and legal risk management firmwide, working directly with attorneys and staff across all practice groups. ** Responsibilities ** Perform conflicts of interest searches and prepare conflict check reports using Intapp and online research tools Research corporate structures and corporate family trees (domestic and foreign) as part of due diligence review Support new business intake, client intake, and client background checks Establish and maintain ethical walls and ethical screens Maintain conflicts records, including engagement letters and waivers Communicate conflict search results clearly to attorneys and staff ** Qualifications ** Bachelor's degree (required) 2+ years of conflicts of interest experience at a mid-size or large law firm Intapp experience required; Intapp Open strongly preferred Familiarity with 3E and D&B Hoovers (Avention) a plus Boolean search logic and internet research proficiency Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and deadline management This position offers professional development in AML review, KYC, and client onboarding.
