Family Services Specialist: Support Families & Visitation

Addus HomeCare

Addus HomeCare is seeking a Family Service Specialist to assist families in crisis through DCFS programs, including Family Habilitation Services, Visitation and Housing. You will work in homes, teaching homemaking and parenting skills, and coordinating supervised or unsupervised visits with documentation and reporting.
