Credit Information Analyst

The Credit Information Analyst provides analytical and compliance support for credit administration, portfolio monitoring, and reporting to ensure accurate risk assessment and adherence to regulatory and contractual requirements.

What You'll Do

• Review and validate loan documentation for credit actions.
• Maintain loan servicing plans and monitor covenant compliance.
• Ensure approval conditions are met post-loan closing.
• Update portfolio data in the loan accounting system per regulatory requirements.
• Review appraisals to determine the need for third-party appraisal reviews.
• Facilitate data communication with originators and servicing teams.

Analytical Support

• Analyze loan actions originated by District Associations that require AgFirst prior approval.
• Review and spread corporate financial statements in Moody's CreditLens and Excel.
• Prepare peer group analysis tables.
• Conduct periodic risk rating reviews of AgFirst participation portfolio transactions.
• Analyze servicing actions for AgFirst participation portfolio transactions.

Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting

• Provide support to Relationship Managers with General Financing Agreement (GFA) and Special Credit Agreement (SCA) direct note compliance verification and tracking.
• Monitor GFA compliance for Other Financial Institutions (OFIs).
• Verify borrowing base compliance for OFI draws.
• Monitor third-party ratings for derivative exposures and investments.
• Serve as the project lead on assigned projects for the Credit Information function, including the CRM Lending platform and other application changes.
• Assist in the training and mentorship of new Credit Information Analysts.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• At least one year of comparable work experience in a banking environment.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial statement spreadsheeting tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
