Our team partners closely with Finance, Accounting, Tax, and IT stakeholders to deliver innovative, scalable, andcompliantsolutionsacrossOracleEBSR12Financials,OracleProjects,andtaxplatforms.Wevalueproblem-solving,continuousimprovement,teamwork,andacommitmenttodeliveringhigh-qualitybusinessoutcomes.WhatYou'llBeDoingLeadandsupportOracleEBSR12Financemodules,primarilyGeneralLedger(GL)andAccountsReceivable(AR).SupportOracleProjectsmodulesincludingProjectAccounting,ProjectCosting,andProjectBilling.ManageandmaintainVertexTaxintegrationwithOracleEBSR12,ensuringaccuratetaxcalculationsandcompliance.Partnerwithbusinessstakeholderstogatherrequirements,conductfit-gapanalyses,anddesigneffectivesolutions.Driveprocessoptimizationinitiativestoimproveefficiency,controls,andfinancialreporting.Provideproductionsupport,troubleshootissues,performrootcauseanalysis,andimplementenhancements.Supportmonth-end,quarter-end,andyear-endfinancialcloseactivities.Developfunctionalspecificationsandcollaboratewithtechnicalteamsonsolutiondelivery.Coordinatetestingefforts,includingsystemintegrationtestingandUserAcceptanceTesting(UAT).SupportOracleFinanceimplementation,upgrade,transformation,andcontinuousimprovementprojects.TroubleshootintegrationsbetweenOracleEBSandexternalapplications,workingcloselywithdevelopmentteamstoresolvecomplexissues.Participateinreleasemanagement,deploymentplanning,andchangecontrolactivities.WhatYou'llBringtotheTeam10-12yearsofhands-onexperiencesupportingOracleEBSR12Financials.DeepexpertiseinOracleGeneralLedger(GL),AccountsReceivable(AR),andfinancialaccountingprocesses.StrongexperiencewithOracleProjects,includingProjectAccounting,ProjectCosting,andProjectBilling.ProvenexperiencesupportingVertexTaxintegrationandtaxcompliancerequirements.Strongunderstandingoffinancialcontrols,reconciliations,andreportingprocesses.SolidtechnicalknowledgeofOracleSQL,PL/SQL,Interfaces,APIs,andOpenInterfaces.Experienceanalyzingapplicationlogs,troubleshootingtechnicalissues,andpartneringwithdevelopmentteamstoresolvedefects.Demonstratedsuccesssupportingenhancement,upgrade,transformation,andproductionsupportengagements.Experienceparticipatinginorleadingatleast2-3fulllifecycleOracleFinanceimplementations.Excellentstakeholdermanagement,communication,andcross-functionalcollaborationskills.ProfessionalcertificationssuchasCPA,CMA,CA,orOracleCertificationsarepreferred.Abilitytobalancestrategicinitiativeswithday-to-dayoperationalsupportinafast-pacedenvironment.#LI-RS2About usWe’re a global, team of innovators.
