Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team. We're looking for a talented, hard-working professional who enjoys a fast-paced start-up environment. Pay $25/hour Schedule: Monday-Thursday: Carson City office between the hours of 8am and 5pm Friday - Remote Responsibilities: Process check requests and expense reports regularly. Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices. Perform monthly reconciliations. Maintain many vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies. Perform data entry associated with accounts payable. Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies. Audit and process credit card bills. Address and respond to vendor inquiries. What You'll Bring: 2-3 years experience with accounts payable or general accounting. Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills. Strong time management and organizational skills. Knowledge of basic accounting principles. High degree of attention to detail. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. Strong analytic abilities.
