In this role, you will support employer-sponsored retirement plans, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to thoughtful, accurate execution across a range of plan administration and advisory activities.

**The Opportunity:**

Advisor-track role with direct exposure to high-net-worth wealth planning and training to accelerate into full advisory positions. Work closely with plan participants, sponsors, and custodial institutions on investment management, financial planning, and personalized wealth-building strategies.

**What We're Looking For:**

• 3+ years direct experience with employer-sponsored retirement plans (401k, DB/DC)

• Strong client relationship and project management skills

• Competitive spirit, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to excellence

• CFP or financial planning designation preferred

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with 401(k) plans and other defined contribution or defined benefit retirement programs.
• Working knowledge of retirement plan administration, retirement benefits, and employer-sponsored savings plans.
• Proven ability to interact effectively with plan participants, plan sponsors, and custodial institutions.
• Strong organizational skills with a consistent record of producing accurate work and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and support projects from initiation through completion.
• Clear communication skills and a client-focused approach to service and relationship management.
• Experience in wealth management, retirement services, or a related financial services environment is preferred.
