Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated, sales-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team at our headquarters in Fort Worth, TX. This is a phone-based sales role, not a traditional call center position — you'll be converting inbound leads into booked appointments, acting as the first impression for prospective customers and a key driver of revenue growth. Success in this role is measured by appointments booked and leads converted, not just calls handled.

Responsibilities:

• Convert inbound calls, emails, and chats from prospective customers into scheduled appointments for our technicians
• Engage prospective customers with a consultative, sales-oriented approach — uncovering needs, building rapport, and creating urgency to book
• Provide accurate information about our products and services to help move prospects toward a decision
• Coordinate with the appropriate departments to schedule appointments and ensure timely follow-through
• Overcome objections and address customer concerns to maximize booking and conversion rates
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customers, and interactions in the CRM
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and protect customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with product/service knowledge, promotions, and company policies to sell effectively and accurately
• Meet or exceed individual booking, conversion, and revenue-driving performance targets
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, or a phone-based sales environment (Preferred)
• Proven ability to convert leads into booked business, not just handle inquiries
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a persuasive and confident phone presence
• Comfortable working toward booking/conversion targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize while managing a high volume of leads
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM and other sales tools

Schedule:

Note: This role requires weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday) every week after training.

• Training: Monday–Friday (in office)
• After training: A 5-day work week including: Saturday and Sunday, every week (required), within our 7 AM–6 PM hours of operation (WFM schedule); Plus 3 weekdays, 10 AM–7 PM (in office) — specific days may vary week to week based on business needs

Hours of Operation: Mon–Fri 6 AM–7 PM · Sat–Sun 7 AM–6 PM

Salary: $18/hour, plus performance incentive bonuses up to $1,000/month
