Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative Pride Health is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support our client's healthcare facility in Fort Worth, TX. Schedule: 8am - 5 pm Mon - Fri Location: Fort Worth, TX Job Type: Contract Contract Length: 6 months (possibility of extension) Pay Range: $11/hr- $12.50/hr Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education. Duties: Contact medical facilities and copy services to obtain medical records and file status updates. Make frequent outbound calls and communicate professionally with healthcare facilities. Request and follow up on medical records to ensure timely receipt. Document detailed and accurate status updates in the appropriate systems.
