Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – Independent Practice Opportunity

Quad Cities Integrative Wellness | Davenport, IA

Quad Cities Integrative Wellness (Partner clinic to Quad Cities Ketamine & Wellness Clinic) is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to establish and grow an independent psychiatric practice within our multidisciplinary wellness clinic .

This opportunity is ideal for an entrepreneurial provider who wants the advantages of an established clinic setting while maintaining full autonomy and responsibility for practice growth.

This is a 1099 independent contractor model . You will operate your own practice while benefiting from shared space, infrastructure, and internal referrals. This is ideal from someone looking to own and build their own practice, but want a built in referral source.

About the Opportunity

You will operate your own psychiatric practice within our established clinic , supported by our infrastructure, brand, marketing, and administrative systems. This model allows you to focus on patient care while we handle the heavy lifting.

Our clinic specializes in interventional and integrative mental health , including ketamine therapy, Spravato® therapy, Nitrous therapy and whole-person integrative wellness services.

• Dedicated office space within a well-established wellness clinic (currently seeing more than 300 patients per month)
• Insurance billing
• Front desk support for check-in and basic patient flow
• Schedule Support with online booking and customizable electronic health record.
• Listing on our website and social media features
• Internal referrals from ketamine services, therapies, and wellness providers
• Collaborative, professional clinical environment

• Perform psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management
• Diagnose and treat mood disorders, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and related conditions
• Collaborate with therapists, ketamine providers, and wellness staff
• Determine treatment plans independently and ethically
• Maintain compliant documentation and clinical standards

• Complete clinical autonomy and independent decision-making
• Control over your schedule and patient load
• Revenue-based compensation structure (details discussed directly)
• Ability to build and grow your own patient panel

• Licensed PMHNP in Iowa
• Comfortable practicing independently within a collaborative setting
• Motivated to market and grow a private psychiatric practice with our help
• Professional, ethical, and patient-centered
• Interest in integrative or interventional mental health strongly preferred

• Independent Contractor (1099)
• Full-time or part-time availability (Shared office space if part time, private office space if full time).
• In-person and telehealth hybrid practice in Davenport, IA

• No build-out costs or clinic startup expenses
• Lower overhead than a standalone private practice
• Built-in referral relationships without loss of independence
• Ability to scale at your own pace
