Director Of Nursing RN Responsibilities Oversee the development and implementation of nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care Provide guidance and support to the nursing staff, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and training to deliver high-quality care Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident care and identify areas for improvement Collaborate with other departments, such as therapy and social work, to ensure a comprehensive approach to resident care Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and other stakeholders to foster a positive and supportive environment Participate in quality improvement initiatives and monitoring, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards Develop and manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of financial and human resources Mentor and coach nursing staff to promote growth and development Requirements RN license with current registration Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a Skilled Nursing Facility Strong knowledge of nursing practices, policies, and regulations Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes #J-18808-Ljbffr COMMUNITY PHARMACY
