A Sugar Bear HVAC professional should be capable of:

Diagnosing the complete HVAC system

Understanding electrical and refrigeration systems

Testing system performance Checking airflow

Identifying safety concerns

Evaluating equipment condition

Explaining findings in homeowner-friendly language

Providing repair and replacement options

Documenting equipment condition

Taking before-and-after photographs

Keeping the customer’s property clean

Reducing callbacks
