The Director of Operations (DOO) is a key Protector for the growing expansion of the business. This manager is the master of systems, consistently seeking new, innovative, and efficient business processes that save time and money. As a key leader in this company, the Director of Operations (DOO) increases the ability of the Hub to process transactions, freeing the Sales Team to focus more on generating transactions than closing them.This person relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems, and is seen throughout the organization as the expert on efficiency and systems. This person exhibits a drive to use systems as a strategic tool for creating an advantage for the organization. This individual will have some ability to show patience in finding a solution, though accomplishing the objective is more important for this person than using one specific process. This person excels at bringing a vision or an idea to life as an integrator and implementer. The Director of Operations (DOO) is deeply committed to supporting the growth of the agents and in achieving greater and greater levels of success, and to growing his/her own skills and developing into a supportive leader/manager within the organization. As the success of the business grows, this individual will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional department members to ensure all administrative tasks of the lead agent’s business continue to be completed to high standards with maximum efficiency. They will also be responsible for leading the sales department from a systems/accountability position. Compensation: Base salary $65,000 - $75,000 Earning potential up to $90,000 - $100,000 Bonus potential Growth opportunity Responsibilities: • • Lead the development and implementation of efficient business systems to enhance operational productivity. • Collaborate with the sales team to streamline processes, allowing them to focus on generating transactions. • Oversee the hiring, training, and management of department members to maintain high standards of administrative efficiency. • Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing insights and recommendations for business growth. • Ensure all operational activities align with the company's goals and objectives, fostering a culture of excellence. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current systems, identifying areas for improvement and innovation. • Support the growth and development of team members, empowering them to achieve their full potential within the organization. Qualifications: • • Experience in managing and optimizing business operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes. • Proven track record of developing and implementing systems that enhance productivity and streamline workflows. • Ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a collaborative and accountable work environment. • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and ROI tracking. • Excellent communication skills, capable of maintaining clear and effective internal and client communications. • Experience in overseeing marketing processes and procedures, ensuring alignment with company goals. • Ability to create and maintain comprehensive operations manuals, documenting systems and standards in writing and video formats.
