Action Mailing & Printing Solutions is a leader in Direct Mail, Printing and Marketing Solutions. We are looking for a self-starter team player who is eager to use their client relationship and project management skills to deliver direct mail and print solutions; motivated to learn and work through hands on training and development.

This non-exempt position is on-site in Liberty, MO and is not eligible for full time remote work.

The Account Manager/Client Relations Specialist is a primary contact for our clients. In this role you will work closely with the Sales Executives to deliver superior customer service and project management from beginning to end to include:

• Placing project orders in our software program.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Work with clients to determine specific project objectives and help to develop strategies and tactics to effectively deliver on those objectives.
• Move project through departments with accurate and detailed instruction.
• Communicating with clients to obtain project data, instruction, proofing, and approvals.
• Ensure accurate shipping and billing information is provided.
• Answer questions, resolve issues, make corrections, and provide professional knowledge and instruction.
• Assess new business opportunities through the client relationship.

Other responsibilities include:

• Stay current on project workflow and report status or get updates at daily production meeting.
• Maintain inventory counts.
• Collaborate with project team to communicate areas of art, data, production, and shipping needs are met and resolve issues.
• Manage post project documentation and billing paperwork.
• Learn about our products and services, print industry processes and mail requirements.

Qualifications Desired

• Accuracy and Detailed Oriented
• Print industry and/or direct mail industry experience is highly desired.
• College degree or 2 years of work experience as Project Coordinator, Project Manager or Account Manager; responsible for multiple accounts.
• Production or manufacturing experience may be helpful but not required.
