What You'll Do

As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for driving new business growth through proactive sales and business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through high-volume outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social outreach.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners and key business contacts.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting through closing.
• Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Attend networking events, community functions, and industry gatherings to generate new opportunities.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline activity and maintain accurate sales records.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and revenue goals.
• Maintain a disciplined daily activity schedule focused on revenue-generating activities.
• Operate with a competitive, results-driven mindset and take ownership of your success.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in outside sales, business development, lead generation, or a similar hunter-focused sales role.
• Proven success generating new business through prospecting and relationship building.
• Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejection with confidence.
• Highly motivated by commission and performance-based compensation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Self-starter who requires minimal supervision and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Business development experience.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform.
• Social media marketing or social selling experience.
• Current insurance license or willingness to obtain state licensing after hire.
