Position: CNA (Contract to Perm)
Location: NY 13165
Pay: $759 – $865/week
Contract Duration:
05/26/2026 – 08/29/2026 (13 weeks )
Schedule:
Part-Time Evenings
3x8-hour shifts (24 hours/week or rotational 2–3 shift schedule)
Every Other Weekend (EOW) required
Holidays required
Must attend full-shift orientation on a Tuesday or Thursday
Position Summary & Responsibilities
Provide ADL care: hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, skin care per care plan
Maintain safety: respond to call lights, fall prevention, safe/clean environment
Support nutrition: meal delivery, feeding assistance, adaptive equipment use
Assist mobility: transfers, ambulation, ROM, positioning, assistive devices
Observe and report changes in condition to nursing staff promptly
Maintain accurate documentation per facility protocol
Deliver care appropriate to adult and geriatric populations within CNA scope
Requirements
NYS Nursing Assistant Certification (required, active 1+ year)
BLS Certification ( AHA or RQI only )
Minimum 1 year LTC/CNA experience (licensed)
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work in environment with exposure to blood/body fluids
