Position: CNA (Contract to Perm)
Location: NY 13165
Pay: $759 – $865/week

Contract Duration:

• 05/26/2026 – 08/29/2026 (13 weeks )

Schedule:

• Part-Time Evenings

• 3x8-hour shifts (24 hours/week or rotational 2–3 shift schedule)

• Every Other Weekend (EOW) required

• Holidays required

• Must attend full-shift orientation on a Tuesday or Thursday

Position Summary & Responsibilities

• Provide ADL care: hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, skin care per care plan

• Maintain safety: respond to call lights, fall prevention, safe/clean environment

• Support nutrition: meal delivery, feeding assistance, adaptive equipment use

• Assist mobility: transfers, ambulation, ROM, positioning, assistive devices

• Observe and report changes in condition to nursing staff promptly

• Maintain accurate documentation per facility protocol

• Deliver care appropriate to adult and geriatric populations within CNA scope

Requirements

• NYS Nursing Assistant Certification (required, active 1+ year)

• BLS Certification ( AHA or RQI only )

• Minimum 1 year LTC/CNA experience (licensed)

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to work in environment with exposure to blood/body fluids
