PEPI Services Transformation Services CDD/Strategy Interim Management M&A Services Manufacturing Operations Improvement Supply Chain CFO Services How You Will Contribute As the Director of Transformation Services, you will lead and deliver large, complex client engagements by working closely with Private Equity leadership to identify, design, and implement creative business solutions. Structure performance‑improvement plans and manage projects to completion. Identify cost‑reduction opportunities by redesigning business leadership structure, staffing levels, and back‑office efficiencies. Synthesize data and insights to enhance EBITDA and operating efficiencies. Implement programs to reduce cost structure, including workforce reduction and process improvements. Develop findings and make strategic recommendations. Provide hands‑on experience in margin management, pricing, product rationalization, sales & operations planning, sourcing and global supply chain, organizational structure, non‑labor cost efficiency, process improvement, SG&A cost reduction, and working‑capital & cash management. Qualifications 10+ years of professional or consulting experience implementing cost‑reduction programs, organizational restructuring, or cost‑structure improvements. Depth in a particular industry vertical (e.g., industrial, business services, distribution, consumer products, or retail) is a plus. MBA from a top‑tier school highly preferred. Experience working with private equity relationships is a plus. Experience in both professional services and industry is a plus.
