Phlebotomist Rover

Work Schedule NGOC: Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 8:00am–4:00pm with 1‑hour lunch break. Carrollton PSC: Monday & Thursday 7:00am–3:30pm with 1‑hour lunch break, rotating Saturdays. Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely. Process billing information and collect payments as necessary. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Carry out administrative and clerical duties as required. Travel to additional sites when needed. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Phlebotomy certification or completion of an accredited training program. Three years or more experience as a phlebotomist. Three years or more experience working with geriatrics. Preferred Qualifications Five years or more of phlebotomy experience. Additional Job Standards Certification or training must come from an accredited agency. Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Reliable transportation. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test.
