Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)

Job Summary:

Sequoyah Pointe Living Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, while working evenings Monday through Friday. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including vital sign checks, bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
• Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, incontinence care, and ambulation
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by licensed nurses
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Support residents' independence and dignity while promoting a safe and comfortable living environment

Requirements:

• Active certification as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in the state of Oklahoma
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with the assistance of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
