SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

We are hiring immediately for a full‑time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position at Desert Regional Medical Center, 1150 North Indian Canyon Drive, Palm Springs, CA 92262. Online applications only. Requirement: Prior food service and supervisory experience preferred. Fixed Pay Rate: $27.00 per hour. Job Summary Direct and oversee the activities of associates during a specific shift, ensuring assigned job expectations are met while maintaining policy and procedure. Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate employee performance, rewarding high performers and disciplining underperformers. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety. Serve as the contact person for employee complaints or time‑off requests. Act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage them to set goals and advance within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned.
