Patent Agent in Technology and Engineering

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Patent Agent to join their intellectual property team in Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia, or Washington DC. The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience as a Patent Agent and a degree in electrical or computer engineering. Duties Assist in preparing and prosecuting patent applications. Conduct technical research and analysis. Collaborate with attorneys on intellectual property matters. Communicate effectively with clients and team members. Requirements 3-5 years of experience as a Patent Agent. Technical experience in telecommunications, electronic circuit design, signal processing, computer engineering, and/or software. Admitted to practice before the USPTO. Education Undergraduate degree in electrical or computer engineering; advanced degree preferred. Certifications USPTO registration.
