Job Overview A law firm seeks a patent agent in Quincy, MA, with the option for remote or hybrid work. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering or a related field and experience in patent prosecution. Duties Conduct patent searches and analyze technical documents. Draft and file patent applications. Collaborate with attorneys on patent prosecution strategies. Communicate with clients regarding patent matters. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of patent prosecution experience preferred. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. EducationDegree in electrical engineering or equivalent discipline. CertificationsRegistered Patent Agent with the USPTO preferred. Skills Proficiency in patent databases and research tools.
