What You'll Do

As a Host/Busser, you'll be the first smile guests see and the key to a smooth dining experience. You'll:

• Greet and seat guests with warmth, ensuring timely seating and special requests are met.
• Manage the flow of the dining room, rotating servers and keeping tables turning.
• Clear and reset tables quickly, keeping the dining room ready for the next group.
• Support servers, pitching in to keep the team shining.
• Own food safety and sanitation, keeping the dining room, lobby, restrooms, and patio spotless.
• Handle reservations with precision, ensuring every detail is perfect.
• Jump into other tasks as needed, bringing your energy to every corner of the dining room.
