Laboratory Technician l
Eurofins Agroscience Services North Carolina
Eurofins seeks a Laboratory Technician I to perform sample registration, testing, and data entry in a diagnostics laboratory. The role requires high school education minimum, hands-on lab skills, and availability for a Wednesday–Saturday, 12 PM–10:30 PM shift in New Berlin, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Register incoming samples and maintain accurate daily work records and quality control documentation
- Enter sample data into Eurofins eLIMS system accurately and on schedule
- Conduct laboratory testing on samples with accuracy and efficiency to meet turnaround time targets
- Verify test results and submit to appropriate personnel for client transmission
- Identify and report process difficulties and non-conformances to supervisor
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Experience with plating and plate reading techniques
- Sample preparation and handling skills
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in microbiology, food sciences, chemistry, biology, or related field (preferred)
