Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (12-Hour Shift | 4 Days On / 4 Days Off) Responsibilities:
- Perform routine laboratory testing to support food safety, quality, and operations.
- Conduct product testing and analyze laboratory results.
- Monitor, calibrate, and perform preventive maintenance on lab equipment.
- Troubleshoot basic laboratory instrumentation issues.
- Document test results and maintain laboratory records.
- Maintain customer specification books and quality documentation.
- Perform inspections on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Assist with laboratory trials and experiments.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Communicate test results with internal teams.
- Prepare routine reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Experience in laboratory testing, preferably in food manufacturing or a similar environment.
- Knowledge of laboratory instruments, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
- Ability to perform analytical testing and accurately document results.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret safety procedures and operating instructions.
- Comfortable working independently while escalating complex issues when needed.
- Food manufacturing environment.
- Exposure to temperatures up to 110°F and dusty conditions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to climb and crawl as required.
