CNC Multi-Tasking Machinist
Full-Time Position
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday - Friday)

A high-tech manufacturing facility is seeking a skilled CNC Multi-Tasking Machinist to join a productive and precision-driven team. This position operates advanced CNC multi-tasking machines that combine turning and machining capabilities, enabling efficient single-setup production, improved accuracy, and reduced lead times. Former team members are encouraged to apply; seniority will be reinstated if rehired.

Responsibilities

Program and set up CNC machines using G-Code and Mazatrol based on prints and written instructions
Operate multi-tasking turning/machining centers and live tooling lathes
Select, set up, and troubleshoot tooling and fixtures
Work with a variety of materials, including plastics
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Develop, document, and maintain reliable machining processes
Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers and bore gauges
Contribute positively to a collaborative, productivity-focused team environment

Requirements

Experience running Mazak Integrex equipment
Knowledge of G-Code and Mazatrol
CNC programming and setup experience
Live tooling lathe experience
Ability to read blueprints
Strong organizational and computer skills
Experience working with plastics and other materials
Knowledge of tooling and fixture selection and troubleshooting
Strong teamwork, reliability, and communication
