Team Lead (Part-Time, Growth Opportunity to Full-Time)
About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on, motivated Team Lead to help oversee the day-to-day operations at iSMASH. This part-time position offers a great opportunity to grow into a full-time leadership role. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Lead, supervise, and support team members during each shift.
Manage shift flow, guest check-ins, and room turnover.
Ensure all rooms are clean, safe, fully stocked, and ready for each session.
Process cash and point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately.
Assist with employee scheduling, basic reporting, inventory management, and supply tracking.
Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, and customer service.
Perform opening and closing duties.
Qualifications
Previous Team Lead, Shift Lead, or similar supervisory experience preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Reliable, organized, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
Ability to lift and move typical room supplies as needed.
Schedule
Part-time to start.
Evening and weekend availability is required.
Opportunity to advance into a full-time leadership position.
