What You’ll Be Doing: As aRehab Coordinator , you’ll be the critical link between patients, providers, and payers in the Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) world. Think of yourself as a professional problem solver , advocate , and all-around healthcare superhero. Coordinate appointments, evaluations, and follow-ups Handle insurance verification, authorizations, and detailed medical documentation Support patients with compassion and clarity as they navigate the CRT process Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant records and collaborate across teams Stay on top of Medicare/Medicaid guidelines and payer-specific requirements What You Bring: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) 3+ years of experience in healthcare, DME, or insurance (preferred) Experience with prior auths, billing, and patient-facing communication Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills Top-tier communication and a heart for helping others Competitive Pay Medical Insurance -Recognized in the Top 10% in the Nation within our industry!
