Position Summary eMed is seeking a Product Manager to lead strategy, discovery, and execution for its high-impact digital health app that advances access to care. This role owns complex product areas spanning multiple teams and initiatives, driving clarity in ambiguous problem spaces and ensuring solutions deliver meaningful value to our patients and our B2B partners. As a member of the Product organization, you will operate at both the product and portfolio level —shaping strategy, aligning stakeholders, and guiding execution—while serving as a trusted partner to executive leadership. This role emphasizes product thinking, customer outcomes, and strategic decision-making, with delivery excellence as a means to achieving impact.

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in product management or closely related roles
• 3+ years owning large, complex product areas or multi-team initiatives
• Proven track record of delivering products with significant customer and business impact

Education

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field required
• Master's degree or MBA preferred

Skills & Competencies

• Strong product judgment and strategic thinking
• Excellent stakeholder communication and influence at the executive level
• Deep understanding and experience with Agile principles and delivery frameworks
• Comfort working with data, analytics, and reporting tools
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and operational systems
• Comfort using data and analytics to drive decisions
• Ability to operate effectively in regulated, ambiguous, and fast-moving environments

Preferred

• Experience in digital health, healthcare, diagnostics, or regulated industries
• Familiarity with healthcare workflows and compliance considerations
• Technical fluency with modern product platforms, integrations, and analytics tools
