We currently have 12 active client accounts scheduled for enrollment , creating immediate opportunities for licensed agents who are ready to work onsite, engage employees, and generate income right away. This is a high-volume, consultative outside sales role with structured scheduling and dedicated enrollment support. Commission-based role with built-in Stipend support How You Get Paid 1. Get Paid While You Work You receive a regular stipend every two weeks while running enrollment meetings This gives you immediate cash flow from day one 2. Earn Commission From Your Production You earn commissions from the employees you enroll Commissions are paid after policies are confirmed by the carrier How It Works Together You get paid early while doing the work Later, when commissions are released, everything is matched to your production If your commission is higher: You get paid the remaining balance. You receive your full earnings based on what you produced. If your commission is lower: You keep what you were already paid. Educate employees on benefit options including Life, Accident, Disability, and supplemental products . Guide employees through the enrollment process using client systems and Employee Navigator . Clearly explain coverage options, eligibility, and policy details. Maintain accurate and complete records within the CRM system. Coordinate closely with Enrollment Outreach Representatives (EORs) to ensure efficient scheduling and high participation rates. Support post-enrollment follow-ups to address employee questions and resolve issues. Represent ERB professionally while working onsite at client locations. Qualifications Active Life & Health Insurance License . 1 year preferred, but newly licensed agents with the right drive are encouraged to apply - our Accelerated Income Program is designed for you. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and consultative sales skills. Experience with public sector, municipal, or union-based enrollments is a plus.
