Physical Therapist – Savage, MN FOX Rehabilitation is growing in Savage, MN and is looking for licensed Physical Therapists to provide one‑on‑one care to older adults in private residences, senior living communities, and other settings through our Geriatric House Calls™ model. The role offers autonomy, flexibility, and the freedom to create and manage your own treatment schedule while building lasting relationships. Telehealth may also be incorporated into the schedule.
